Count the number of videos you upload a month. If you have old video uploads that you would like us to re-design the thumbnails on, count the number of those as well then on the custom package type the total number of Thumbnails into the box and click Buy Now.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our payment transactions are security processed through Stripe Payments. Stripe is trusted by some of the Worlds most recognized brands.
Once you buy a package, you will be invited to a private Basecamp channel where you will be able to contact your designated account manager directly, you simply message him with your design request and he will redirect your request to our designers and you will receive your Thumbnail in less than 24h.
Our designers need any photos, images, icons or logos that you want in the design. It is also helpful when our clients explain the aesthetic that they want portrayed in the design.
Our goal is to get designs to clients in 24 hours or less. However, we do prioritize most urgent to least urgent. Having said that, if you need a bunch of thumbnails all delivered at once, let us know and we’ll figure it out.
If you like it but would like to see us make a few changes to it, just tell your account manager and we’ll make the changes right away! If we missed the mark and you need us to start over, just tell your account manager where we went wrong and what you would like to see different. Sending examples of designs you like is always helpful too!
